September Clan Meeting

Clan Meetings. We will hold two back to back. One will be open to rank Sergeants and above. This one will discuss important clan decisions/problems/suggestions. The other meeting will be open to Corporals and below. This one will be to answer questions/describe the clan/suggestions. Higher ranks may attend the lower ranks meeting but will not be permitted to speak and will not receive points for both meetings. The Sergeant+ meeting will take place before the other meeting.

Points of business:

More variety of event days: We will try to incorporate events on different days, but until we get event leaders for different time zones, this will be hard to accomplish.

Admin+ additional rules: Admins+ are now required to cap each week, unless provided they inform a higher up. They will also be required to attend meetings and stay for meeting; unless something comes up or life happens. Life still comes first.

XP gained while in clan: We are currently in the process of coming up with a system to incorporate into our tasks for xp gained while in the clan with milestones.

Monthly Clan Lotto: this idea will need to pass in a survey. If it passes in the survey, we will have a monthly lottery. In order for your name to be entered in a random drawing you have to cap for the week. You can cap 4 times per month to get your name entered 4 times. The reward will be 10 points towards rank. In order to be entered, you have to post that you have capped on either forums.

Draco’s Raffle: Draco will be conducting a weekly drawing for 4 people who will be randomly selected; the prize will be 5m per person who has been chosen. In order to be entered you must; cap at the citadel, recruit 5+ people into the clan or host an event that meets the standards found in our Runescape clan forum. You can only be entered once and to be entered you must have gained points for one of the 3 ways by posting the completed task on either of our forums.

Offsite Forum: We now have an offsite forum that we will slowly be integrating to use. You may now also post here completed tasks to get points. It is the only other site you can post completed tasks in and still receive your points.
